Our Lady of Fatima University established in the year 1967. Our Lady of Fatima University is one of the biggest medical university in the Philippines. Our Lady of Fatima University is a non-profit private university in the Philippines. It was formerly known as Our Lady of Fatima College. It was recognized by WHO, MCI, and many more international professional groups. Our Lady of Fatima University has formed into a huge scale, a well-managed comprehensive university with good teaching staff. In Nursing Board examinations, the first graduate class of 1976 garnered a 100% passing average. After becoming a university in less than a year, the Commission on Higher Education, recognizing the ‘enormous contribution of the Our Lady of Fatima University in the growth and prominence of tertiary education in the country and the Asia Pacific and its commitment through quality education, research and extension work’ granted deregulated status to the university through CHED Resolution No. 393-2003 which is dated on October 27, 2003.
This is the first and only Philippines medical school, which is having an institutional clerkship program with a foreign hospital and the university sent 100 of their students for clerkship training at the Brooklyn Medical Center and Peninsula Hospital in New York City and the Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago.
The university is providing the best infrastructure for its students and the quality facilities like good and spacious hostels, libraries, modern classrooms, etc. Moreover, the university is providing a healthy and friendly environment on the campus for its students.
